Referrals are welcomed from all healthcare practitioners and birth workers but are not necessary, you can self refer by booking online or getting in touch if you require further information.
Payments are due at the time of your appointment. Cash or all card payments are accepted, whichever is most convenient for you. By booking and attending your appointment you are accepting full payment responsibility regardless of insurance or third party involvement. Invoices can be provided upon request for your insurance purposes.
It is understood the need to cancel appointments at times, 12 hours notice is required if you do need to cancel. You can follow the link in your confirmation email or you can send me a text or an email and I will cancel for you. Any less than 12 hours notice a 50% late cancellation fee will apply and less than 4 hours notice then the full fee is payable. So please do remember to cancel so that another family can benefit from booking an appointment in good time.
